Four Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses

Play on the course began in 1975 and it was officially opened in 1976. Course 1 of Real Club La Moraleja was the first golf course in Europe designed by Nicklaus, one of the best golf players in history and one of the greatest golf course designers.

The lakes and off-limits play a very important role in the strategy of the game in every hole. In fact, only one of the 18 holes does not have any off-limit area. The course is short, narrow and very technical, with greens that are small but very rapid and bumpy.

Course 3 is a “Jack Nicklaus Signature Course”

This course is a classical, parkland-type course, with a total length of 6,830 metres, a good challenge for hosting important tournaments but, at the same time, a very pleasant course for any amateur.

Its fairways are wide and its greens, in general, spacious. It contains three enormous lakes which influence half of the holes. Its 68 bunkers and more than 1,200 trees, that were planted when the course was built, are essential factors governing the strategies on each hole.

It has been ranked by the American magazine Golf Digest as the second best golf course in Spain and has received the World of Leading Golf Prize for Best Course Maintenance.

The Pitch & Putt course, located by the side of the first hole on Course 1, was built at the same time as Course 1. Its design, simple but demanding, was carried out by Jack Nicklaus.

One of the most outstanding features of this course is the size of its greens: strikingly small but not very undulating.

We provide eight tennis courts for our members, both hard-surfaced and with artificial grass.

Six of them are located within an independent enclosure with their own facilities, such as a car park and changing rooms.

We provide both outdoor and indoor swimming pools.

In addition, Aquagym and swimming clases are held in the indoor pool. We also have two children’s pools, adapted to cater for the different age groups.

Inside our clubhouse you can enjoy all the comforts to make you feel this is your second home.

Members can rest and get together in the lounges and common areas where, in addition, they can participate in the large variety of social events that take place throughout the year.

We have more than five restaurants, lounges and terraces with personalities of their own so that you can always find the perfect space and ambiance, whenever.

Our younger members have independent facilities where they can enjoy handicraft lessons, paddle-tennis and tennis courts, football pitches and basketball courts, parks, swimming pools, restaurant and recreation rooms.
